    Denso Spark Plug Question

Was switching the NGK plugs for the Denso IXU27's on a stage 1 RXP.... Put the Denso's in and the rubber plugs which cover the plugs once tightened won't go down over the plugs. I took pictures of the plugs side by side and I can see that the problem is the tip of the plug is different between the two.

does the gold colored piece on the Denso's unscrew? If so, what do you use?

what snow man said what ever you do don't hold the spark plug with any kind of tool on the ceramic part,it should unscrew pretty easy with holding the spark plug in your hand.
good luck good choice for the plugs for the stage 1
