Stuck at 67.6
Top speed runs from a ride yesterday were no better than last week. Despite having about 5 more hours on it than last time, 67.6 was as fast as she'd go. The air, water temps and fuel load were about the same. One thing I have noticed. It goes about the same speed if it's slick or chop (up to a point) Has anyone who has done exhaust and intake mods noticed any changes in fuel milage for better or worse?

SOunds like you need a ride plate mod.
I am doing 67.8 with a full tank of gas with my "jim's performance" ride plate mod. I have yet to try it with 1 bar of gas, I would think 70 is a given.
Other mods I have are the wedge and I just cleaned up my silicone arounmd the pump and filed my intake grate so there are no more bumps or casting marks.

When I got home this afternoon the lake was slick as gas so I decided to ride some. I was the only ski on the lake and it was beautiful. I had 3 bars of gas, temp was 84 and the water was 75. I ran a 66.7, mine only has the pump wedge.
I agree with kawi-guy on the ride plate, I am going to try and get mine to Jim with in the next couple of weeks. We really need to get the front of this boat out of the water some. I am hoping the ride plate will help do that.
