    The 06' ran 7190-7180rpm with WFO's 14/24 !!!!!!!!!! @79.6.
Im sooooooo close to 80.Remember,i have FULL HANDLING on both ski's.These runs were 6-7 gallons,a solid 2 bars. Ross Nemos TB's are hittin hard! Its time for some more prop work.80mph is right there! The corrected altitude was almost 5000' and the BP was a low 30.00 and dropping.Just a little more tuning and another prop change and im a SOLID 80mph.

Great to hear Woody.. Looks like you gained the full 1.5 mph, and maybe then some.. And if you calculate todays 5500 air density at 79.6, versus the 3700 air density on your previous (pre sonic boom) best of 78.2, then you should have at least another 1 mph if you ever get that really good 3700 foot air again.. From your results, these sonic boomers have an even greater benefit in higher altitude, or bad air conditions. Congrats Woody, you are the biggest gainer so far!! All of our testing here in florida has been under very similar weather conditions so far as most of our days are within 500 feet in density..

Using the formula of 1000 feet elevation = 1 mph loss... Holy Cow Woody..84.6!!!

    Not done testing the Sonic Boom TB's yet.Ok,i spun a 22 @ 7240 yesterday @ 78.5.
    Today,i spun WFO's 24 @ 7190/7180 @ 79.6,79.2,79.4.
This means,i lost roughly 60rpm,going from a 22 to a 24. Rich checked the prop before he sent it out and made sure it was a 24.I did notice that the 24 had more clearance between the blade and liner than my 22.Im was trying to figure out why i didnt gain more speed today and the answer is, the RAD today was alot worse than yesterday and i had alot more fuel on board.

SONIC BOOM TB's ,so far, gave my ski a big mid range hit and i believe they give more tq up top, that allowed me to spin the bigger wheel with less drop in rpm.

More air/fuel,better atomization= more HP! I say the Sonic Boom is a hit!
They are well worth the money, just to get that extra edge in the mid range, the top end to me is just a bonus! Thanks again Ross, they work!

Thanks WFO for sending me that test prop. You came through again buddy!
