    I lightly grease the R_Plate Bolts and the Speedo Plate screws for now until i'm finished dialing it in to keep from damaging the threads.
    In the end I would recommend sealing the Plate edges to the Hull and fill in the gaps with high octane RTV and fill the Bolts recesses with JB Weld Putty and sand flush to the Plate --- Probably good for another .1~.2ths

    2014 FX SVHO. Jim's modded plate, Leo's wedge, R&D intake grate, homemade cai, TJ exhaust, hull ventilation, ribbon delete, Solas repitched. 3/4 tank of 93 octane. 230# rider, 77 degrees air temp. 73.5 mph ...so far. Was at 71.5 with only Jim's plate, TJ and R&d intake. May try again with stock intake.
