Rodney's Fuji cooling rail mod.....
Well I thought I would share this.... As most of you know I had some issues with removing the thermostat, engine would not stay running. So for the need of want some cooling flow through the cyclinders this is what I did. I drilled and tapped the cooling rail. I then inserted a restricted barbed hose fitting, so I can adjust the flow. I also installed another pisser at the rear of the ski. I used some 3/8's hose to connect the two. I also installed the pisser where it shoots up at a 45* angle, just wanted to be diffrent. I did this mod. to allow some water to flow through the cyclinders, and I can get a general (lol) feel for how warm the cyclinders are running. Let me know if you have any comments. By the way thanks guys for pointing out the head gasket installed improperly, Keep in mind that the cyclinders have been cut for o-rings and I will be installing them shortly. So, there will be no restrictions in the head gasket. I can see where this might lead to some cooling issues (no head gaskets).
