    my custom flame air cleaner bracket

    well needed a bracket to hold the air cleaner on the 4tec SUV..
    so I designed this flaming bracket.
    burned in out on the edm. still need to bend it and weld on later today

    sorry for the ****ty pics but my camera phone kinda sucks.

    That's nice, its cool to see people who wont take the easy way out when something simple is needed. Good job taking the time to come up with something unique that looks nice.

    Daniel do you have any problem with hot air going into the intake? I've thought about doing this, which is an easy way to hook up the intake, but I've worried about the hot air at the rear of the engine.

    where using a huge intercooler. its rated at over 1200hp. or physicaly more then twice the size of the riva or pirrana.. the outlet side is cool to the touch ..

    thought about running it to the front but this was much simpler and theres plenty of airflow back in that area anyway. we added a few 2" vents back there as well to remove more of the hot air and bring in some fresh air..
