Unhappy Stickers Won't Stay on Back of RXP

Maybe someone can help me out...

I tried to throw a few stickers on the back of my RXP. Its the black plastic part under the seat and its the same plastic piece that wraps behind the seat. The only problem is that nothing sticks.

Does anyone else have this problem?

    Thanks

Can you use some silicone or spray on 3m adhesive? I have no idea, i was just throwing ideas out.

I'd like to know how to keep that stupid black plastic piece that seat sits on free from hard water deposits.
