I've sent my rxp in *ceramic washer failure*

So I had my ceramic washers go out (both of them).I sent it in to get fixed under warranty but the shop basically says that seadoo doesn't see a need to clean out the motor.Says that they(washers) jusy go into the screens and no where else. I've read alot of threads on here about that subject and needless to say I told them I want my motor cleaned out.
How can they do warranty repair by just repalcing the washers? what about the pumps? My warranty is up june 10th so half a$$ is not the way I'm doing it. Any body else had theres fixed under warranty if so what was fixed. The minute I get it back I'll be sending it to jerry for the metal washers and the ceramic bearings.

Do a board search on ceramic failures, print out the many pictures available of trashed oil pumps, and slap the dealer in the face with them.
If that does not get your point across, kick him in the jimmies...

Of course they dont because they know the oil pumps will hold up long enough to get you thru warranty. I give it a year, your oil pumps will fail and you will throw a rod thru the block. We have seen this many times over here on the forum.

A local dealer here told me not to believe everything I read on the internet. HA HA HA HA. Yeah right, just believe them right??

Just get the extended warranty cause they wont do anything else. They are still in denial. Sad to say but that is the truth.

The dealer I use told me that Bombardier will pay to remove the engine, pull the pumps, clean and replace everything...all under warranty. That's why they did that exact thing for me - removed the engine, replaced both pumps, sc housing, etc. - everything that was damaged - all under warranty. So don't believe everything you read - unless there's evidence that says your dealer is full of crap!
