    BOV

    Hi There,
    I had the idea of blocking the "clutch" completely (zero slip) and rely on a Blow Off Valve instead.
    Is this possible?
    Has anybody tried it?
    Am I stupid?

    you'll snap the shaft or sheer the teeth off the drive gear probably

    edit: It's not necessarily just the air pressure you have to relieve. the charger is spinning at 45,000 RPM's and has to give a little when the engine comes unhooked and hooks back up and RPM's drop suddenly.
