JERRY have you done any testing yet with your new nozzle ? If so, could you share your findings?

I sure have. So far the best size for me is 81mm. Any smaller and I lose RPM's/speed.

Yesterday I tried adding more pitch to my prop and going bigger with the nozzle (83mm) and my RPM's were at 8400, but I lost 1 mph.

Seems like the 81mm nozzle is the magic number.

    No, still running high 77's

The venturi, or the skat tripple bearing shouldn't be considered a performance mod. I consider the tripple bearing a reliability mod and the venturi mod makes is so easy to adjust your RPM's for temperature changes.

If you go too small you choke the pump down. You cant process the amount of water needed to make big speed.
