    Take off old grips

How did anyone take off their old grips?

I think their welded to the bars

Don't have a heat gun, but if someone used one and it worked I'll buy one.

    They're actually glued.
If you're not replacing them, good luck getting them off.

I am replacing them. That's why I'm trying to get them off.

I've been going at them with a box cutter, very tedious. Didn't get very far.

I will try the carb cleaner. Thanks
