oil injection check valves?
EDIT!! never mind! they had them wrapped with duct tape?? but they were in place! Thanks anyway! Z
Just digging in to my 99 xl 700 and was wondering why the check valves would have been removed for the oil injection pump to the carbs?
I'm on the wall whether to retain the pump but not sure I want to spend money on the check valves if there was a TSB or something?? thanks Z

Hello Z, The check valves are there so the oil does not drain back. I would be leery to run with out them. I don't think there was a tsb i have a whole bunch of them just let me know and i can send you a couple just pay for shipping.
