Powerfilter on my GPR
Hey just looking at my powerfilter last night and it has the riva cover on it to protect water i guess from going inside the filter this robbing air is it nessary for it to be on?? What you all suggest?

You can take it off "IF" your hull stays pretty dry inside,if you take on water,leave the water sock on until you find the leak.

TAKE IT OFF!!
I removed mine and it made a HUGE diffrience on mid range!

mine has been off from day one,my hull has more water in it than most washing machines and never a days trouble,
with the seat off it drys out in a day..

Take that thing off! lol, Also did you remove the metal flame arrestors inside the airbox? If not your losing power!

The only filter I run are those 1 1/4" holes I drilled in the front windshield thingy... Seems to work just fine & dandee!
