    63.7 on gps

Needless to say I'm dissapointed. Today was the first day I really got to open her up after the break in. With 3 bars of fuel, 5.5 hours on it. 150lb rider and about 1ft of chop thats the fastest she went. Acceration was awsome though. I know the ski will "loosen" up more as it gets more hours on it (at least I hope it does). After ten hours im gonna check the blow off valve and see if theres any oil in the intercooler.

I did a quick speed run with 3 hours and hit 67.0 with my GPS.

Why not check those things now? Mine was overfilled by over 1 liter at least. All it is doing is causing more stress on your engine if it is too full.

Also the BOV is an easy thing to adjust also.

What kind of RPM are you turning?

Ah crap I knew there was thing I forgot to check and that was the rpm's. I'm going back out tomorrow so I'll check then. I checked the oil before I ever took it out and as far as i could tell it was fine. The dipstick was hard to read because the oil was so clean it was hard to tell where the mark was lol. So I figured I'll get it through the break in and then worry about the oil cause then maybe I can see it on the dipstick.

wipe the dipstick off good then reinsert it all the way, then pull it out again and get the reading- the oil is not that clean. After a few hours it will be filthy dark

I think some of you guys are recording speeds with the dreamometer

My top speed was 67MPH Dreamometer vs 62.5GPS @ 7650RPM

I would think at least 8100RPM would be needed to hit 70 with the stock prop.

What mods will get us to 70 GPS?

Pulleys, Computers, Cams, Injectors, Impellers, Porting, Intake or Exhaust?

    Anyone?????

Sorry but my topspeed sofar was 70.6 on GPS...and thats no ! Various members on this forum can vouch for my readings. Right after I hit my 5hrs of breakin she did 68.4 and as I do mods my speed goes up, I know as the weather gets warmer the speeds will go down but thats the way it goes.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated! By the way that ski is a monster in the chop
