    wanna take pis. wash pics

    i wanna check the wash on my pistons an clys , what all tools do i need 2 get the cooling covers an domes off ?

    i got a kit off orings , 3 really big ones , 3 smaller but kinda big ones , and 3 really smalll ones prolly about an inch across , its an sbt topend gasket kit just wanna make sure thats all ill need 2 replace the orings ,


    oh an what kinda thread locker do i need ? if any is needed , an the torque specs on the bolts ,

    You shouldn't have to replace the orings at all however, the cooling bar gaskets will rip sometimes.

    I soak them in motor oil, before torquing them down per spec...

    Heads are 20. Red covers are 22. I don't remember the bar bolts...maybe 14?

    bar bolts were something real low like 7.5...dont quote me on that though

    how do you get the covers off ? do they twist off like an oil filter or something ?

    wheres all where you need em , he prolly has notes written on the bottom of his shoe

    See them bolts? Remove them. Now twist and pull upwards.

    thats the cover ? the domes dont use any funny bolts do they ?

    Water Outlet Manifold = 108 in. lbs.
    Hydro's specs are spot on for the domes and covers.
