Angry GTX Hood broke on lake today

Well i was jumping wake on a freshwater lake today and the upper hood broke away from the bottom piece...

apparently there is 9 bolts/screws that hold these together... 4 at top, 2 in center and 3 at front.. well all 7 small screws broke and what i didnt know is that the 2 center bolts were not even there. I think when i had the piece painted he forgot to put them back in....

so is there anyway to attach these 2 pieces together, any good rigged way? heh...

I can get the 2 bolts for the center but i am sure that wont hold good enough...
