    crankcase seal 93 650 polaris

    Can any of the crankcase seals be replaced without pulling engine?

    you have to split the case and pull the flywheel and pto to replace all three crank seals so pull it out it's not that bad! Z

    pto side seal

    Can I replace just the pto crankcase seal With out pulling the engine. I know that one is bad and I pulled the engine a few years ago and it was a pain in the ass. Thanks

    I think you can do 1 but it might not due you any good? there are 2 seals at that end and the one you can work out really is their to keep dirt out of the second seal

    Speak for your self!!!!! LOL If I had stock engine it would come out easy. But, not easy any more!! But, it is ok because I have Triples!!!!!!! LOL


    No, I would pull engine and replace all three and do it the right way. If you do not it could cost you a lot of $$$$$ If you get an air leak and lean something out.

    Whats the blown seal look like??? Torn, flakey? When i replaced the pump stator seals they were a mess!!!
