Nozzle size per speed?
Ok some one tell me again. The 02 has a 87 jet nozzle right? I measured mine and it measures 86, but that could be a bur right? But the 05 has a what size? and is this part number a 06 ?

00-02 are 87mm
03 and up are 85mm

So with my mods below.. would I need the 87 or 85??? should I switch up to the R& D 87mm with the 5* exit nozzle?

If you can reach your target RPM's with the 85mm it is better so I've heard. I can not quite get to my target RPM's with the 85 so I had to put an 87mm nozzle on my ski. The 87mm nozzle added 70 RPM's on my ski.

my tach is out for warrenty right now. Hopefully I will have something back so I can see where my rpm's are...
thanks for the info.

No, stick with the OEM nozzles they seem to work better

Bill, ALL of the 1300's had the 85mm nozzle. The 05 is when they started the HO pump though.
