    SC failure at 68 hours

I mean everything needles, gears,GH washers and Main bearings. All were well below spec and I had touch downs all over my stage III SC cover. I don't beat it to bad and ride only in flat fresh water..

My question is what should be the maintance schedule to prevent this?

What is a fair cost to rebuild?

    Am I crazy ?

My bearings let go last year after 40hrs, stock 04 sc. I was told today that the SC should be serviced around 30hrs.

Service manual says 100 hours or 50 hours for severe conditions. The way we ride our ski's...every 50 hours. Page 103 in the manual.
