First off....You can't go wrong with either reeds. You should see over 100rpms with either.
The VF3's cost more. The VF2's should provide slightly more rpm. Were talking 20-30rpm. I only know of one person that has actually tested the difference in rpms between the two.

On the other hand the VF3's are suppose to last longer, but there have been reports of them breaking also. So there is no scientific proof on which will last longer. I know of the VF2's lasting over 100hrs. I currently have 30hrs of 7900rpm+ and mine look brand new.

With all that said....I run the VF2's in my tripple pipe and my VF3's are sitting on the shelf.

    Charles,

Nate and I get beat all the time. We can take it.

As far as reeds go I do not see how either could be a wrong choice.
I am coming up on 200 hrs on my vf3s on my single. I have 50 plus
hrs on my triple plus what Pistonwash put on them. They are different from my sinlgle and are not supposed to last as long.

When I run out of things to buy I will try Kerrys reeds on my triple.
