    +12 Volt wire

Jerry, in some thread I remember you saying that any "____" wire would give you 12 volts for wiring things. I can't remember which color. I thought you said 'purple' or maybe 'blue'?? Do you remember this?

otay, so I did a test friday night to see if the "purple" wire works, and it does...I tapped off the MPEM and rant a wire to a swaitch, then back down to a relay...The relay kicks on when the lanyard is TOUCHED to the DESS, which turns on my blower fan...SWEET!

I pull the lanyard off, and it stays running for 10 seconds until the purple line goes dead...then the relay kicks off, and the blower stops...

    Me likey!

Great, Thanks Danny. That's what I'm doing to, adding a blower. Where did you get your relay?

    www.partsexpress.com

    my shopping list:

    http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=330-075

    http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=330-070

    http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=060-424

I bought 25 ft. of this, I wanted extra for other projects (or if jtpmedic wants a setup also)... http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=100-055

plus some shrink wrap, battery connections, etc....not bad, AND THEY TAKE PAYPAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just find an online tutorial about which tab on the relay goes where...

They have everythig EXCEPT the weatherpack connections, which I junk picked from a junkyard earlier in the week...Why pay $7 for a male end, $7 for a female end, connector when you can go to a junkyard and pay $1 EACH like I did! I found a few wrecked cars that were mid 90's, with the motors removed, but the trans connections are still there and the same as the stores! snip-snip, snip-snip....ALL MINE!
