Help ASAP with valvetrain upgrade problem...

Ok Im on this right now. I did the first cylinder no problem. Then whe I pressurized the second or center one I can hear the oil bubble underneath. I lowered the pressure since I had it at about 120 like mentioned before here in some thread....But now I dont hear the bubbling but I hear the air sort of "leaking" somewhere. I use the tool to compress the spring and the valve goes down with it so I cant take the cotters off....? What do I do?

tap the washer around the cotters to brake the seal then retry

put the pressure back up and try tapping the top of the retainer with a socket to unstick the keepers....... the bubbling is normal

Did you buy one of the Snap-On YA8230 Valve Stem seal removal tools?
I ordered one four weeks ago from a local Sanp-On guy and it has not showed up yet. Can I get the valve seals out with out the tool? I am installing the RR washers and spring retainers but do have the Riva tool.

Does the Riva kit have a washer that goes under the valve seal or just new springs and retainer?
