    For those going to the custom 4" air intake.

    If you're gonna do the 4" front air intake you can save a few bux..$25-50.00+ anyway.

    Get the spectre SS or cotton filter (I chose the SS for more flow) from autozone,pep boys or wherever. They have adapter rings to fit 3"-3.5" & 4" tubes. Take out the 3 & 3.5 fittngs, slip the 3" into the 3.5" & slam them on the SC & you now have a 3"-4" adapter. A filter & adapter for 35 bux! The lip on the rings are 7/8" wide. Put the tapered lip toward the sc housing so the smaller ring can't slip out. Bada-Bing.

    Dude you are so smart! Can you believe I have this filter and have not put it in because I have no adapter! Ha!

    I figured that out AFTER I bought the rxpblast adapter.

    The sc is or 2 7/8" or something like that so you'll have some slop like the riva coupler or the big 4"-3" reducer elbow. Use a T bolt clamp & white knuckle tight + 1/2 turn torque specs & you'll seal it up real good.

    I actually ordered the Funnel one that R&D is selling...it was 39 bucks I believe. I figured what the hell... Ordered a week ago, no tracking number, no total for shipping given on checkout, still hasnt gotten here, Have I ever mentioned that I dont like R&D or there website?

    No, you never mentioned it. Are they so dumb as to send you the part & not charge you maybeeee?....kindaaa?....perhaps?....
