Anyone like the pump wedge on the RXP?

I've tried it on my ski the last 2 summers and hated it each time. I did pick up 1.5 tp 2mph but it just wasn't worth the bounce. Anyone figure out how to use this thing and still have the stock feel of the ski?

If you have a GTX/RXT/RXP you should get the OPAS blockoffs. Those should stop most or all of the bounce.

I don't mind it, but I think I'm going to take it off again to see if I notice better holeshot and handling. I can't really say what I gained from it on top end because I installed it with a 14/19 prop, and combined they produced a 1.5mph gain for me. The wedge does help if you like a dryer ride.

Hmmm so I have the block off plates. I guess I have to lose those when going to these other block offs? So with these new block offs you can run the pump wedge, keep the top speed gains and have no porpoising? Looks like I need to get the Block offs on order from Jerry.
