I too just installed the supercharger impeller. The instructions were followed to a "t". Now I'm afraid to run it. Could somebody clarify exactly where the impeller is hitting the housing? Is the only way to check for this to disassemble the supercharger? I wish we could stop with the secrecy. This board is supposed to be to help people. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I believe there is no secrecy. This started with the post of one individual bringing the problem to light and it appears to snowball from there. What makes it difficult is that the problem is not a problem which can be readily seen. Hopefully this is just an isolated problem. I know a lot of those sc impellers have been sold and even I was planning on purchasing one. I guess I'll stand back and wait to see what tanspires of this

I am just curious what others heard ... No secrets here

Just got back into town and this is the first thread I read. I almost ordered the SC impeller before heading out a week ago - people checking into this please keep us apprised!

    Thanks

I've seen 3 installed this week with no scarring of the SC housing.
