You put the red lead to the red/white wire then the black to engine ground. This is done with the injector plugged in. You are looking for cranking volts and running volts.

Got it where does the volt meter need to be set? And are those good numbers for a good engine?

Compression numbers are high, I would question the gauge you used. The injector voltage is DC and around 20 volts cranking and 45 volts running, so set your meter accordingly.

The volts meter should be set higher than the expected result. So the 200 range is the proper one for the one in the picture.

Here are my readings . Rear injector running is 28 volts and front injector running is 37.5 volts. Here are my readings with the plug wires unplugged. Rear injector reads 22.8 and front injector reads 22.5 while cranking. I unplugged the tps sensor it sounds the same just dies a little faster than normal.

    2002 virage I issues

Are you keeping both injectors plugged in when taking readings or unplugging?

They need to both be plugged in so the measurements are taken under load of both injectors.

No injectors were unplugged. I checked each red and white wire on both injectors. I unplugged the spark plug wires to get the cranking volts. Also I checked my compression with one spark plug in and one out. Is that the correct way or do both need to be out?

Your first measurement while running seems questionable, the injector voltage is common and should read the same voltage. Can you repeat the test? The cranking voltage is good and within expected measurement tolerances and variability.

The engine spudders and runs so bad I don't see how I could get a good enough reading. I need to check fuel pressure.

first video is the rear injector second one is the front injector
