    I’ve had a few people asking me about this conversion, so I’m posting a complete parts lists. Here goes:

    VX Donor

    • Complete motor, wiring harness, all electronics
    • 2010+ VX110 24 3/4” drive shaft and mid-wall bearing housing
    • Any year VX pump, impeller, wear ring (You’ll be using the stock SUV nozzle, reverse bucket, ride plate, intake grate/pump shoe)
    • VX throttle
    Bolt-On New Parts

    Custom Parts

    • 2.5” VX nipple (from VX water box) welded to existing SUV water box (local shop that welds aluminum)
    • Set of (3) 2” spacers for mid-shaft housing (see pics—WFO might have a set of these)
    Other parts:

    • Shimming up the motor mounts with 1/8” plate aluminum (bought from Tractor Supply—Home Depot/Lowes probably also has them)

    Just sent in my VX injectors into injectorRX via USPS. Cost under $92 including 2 way shipping. One of mine failed the pre-test but passed perfectly after the ultrasonic cleaning. The other 3 were appx 5% under preforming. Money well spent.

    Adding to this existing thread. I just finished another SUV conversion (my 3rd). Here are some pics showing the 1/8" plate to bring up the motor mounts.

    Y-adapter is from a GPR with a 1/2" - 3/8" adapter.

    The fuel filler hose for the FXHO tank. Requires: (1) Stock SUV filler hose; (1) stock VX110 filler hose.

    1. Remove 6" from the center (straight) part of the stock SUV hose. (This shortens the SUV hose by 6".) Be sure to mark the hose so you can attach it back together with the bends in the correct/original orientation.
    2. Piece the stock SUV hose back together using 2 1/2" stainless tubing and stainless clamps.
    3. The VX filler hose now needs to be shortened. Assemble both hoses and mark the VX hose where it needs to be cut.
    4. Assemble all hoses together with another section of 2 1/2" stainless tubing

    A few tips:
    - I use 2" long 2 1/2" stainless tubing. You can use make it longer if you want.
    - It helps to leave the hose clamp closest to the tank loose so you can adjust the whole assembly, and then tighten later
    - The VX hose will bend a bit more than intended, but is still fine.
