Cool.... Just do a proper break-in. Check your oil level too.
Make sure all the muffler/water box hose clamps are tight and your tank is full.

Thanks guys, im in buford Ga. about 30 miles north of atlanta. I actually sucked out about 1/2 a quart to get the oil level where I want it(just a tick under full with it leveled). I didnt have it home more than 5 minutes before I started tinkering with it. Took off all the ugly warning stickers and also checked the exhaust hoses too. Everything was good to go. Even got it to fit in the garage, barely . How long you guys waiting to put wax on? When I took off the stickers I did get a tiny bit of red off the ski taking off the goo but nothing that would alarm me. I dont use goof off or anything harmful, ive always used WD-40 and it works great. Im thinking its just overspray, paint looks good.

Yeah. It`s probably the dirtiest puddle I have ever launched into.
But it`s close to home and great for testing. My favorite lake/reservoir is Don Pedro...Nice and clean with lots O places to roam.
Do you ride in the ocean in half-moon bay...?
I have launched at Jack London Square and cruised out past the Golden Gate a few times on my Sea-Doo.
I stop into James Ford for work very often and ride my motorcycles out by stage road in San Gregorio too.
