Arrow A Few Pics Of My Mods

Memorial Day weekend will be the first outing this summer for the wife & I as well as the first time out on my modded RXP.

Thanks to this forum I did a Stg 1, all the free mods, added the RE's to eliminate the notorious porpoiseing, did the reverse bucket mod, filled rideplate holes, matched the intake grate area, smoothed the rideplate & filled the intake grate holes. I also added custom registration #'s, custom RXP stickers & custom # 7's to stand out from the crowd.

She ran 68.5 stock with a full tank so I'm hoping to crack 72...Wish me luck.

Smooth as a babby's ass that ride plate/intake joint looks!
I'll have to do that to mine. I have a 1mm lip on 1 side. Was yours off too before you trued them up?

Yes it was off on 1 side; I used an angle grinder to take off the edge & then smoothed it down with a finish sander.

    Thanks for the compliments.

I forgot to add that due to the fears of eating a washer or two I pulled the S/C & had Mr. Hulk add his magic washers.

Thanks again to the forum for this info.

    Thanks.

JB Weld Stick for the ride plate & Permatex Right Stuff for the intake grate holes. For some reason I couldn't upload a pic of The Right Stuff but most major Auto Parts stores carry it & everybody speaks highly of it. It's great stuff but costly ; I think it was $11 a can at AutoZone.
