where do you see PPG block-offs???

I think they come with the diverter valve block-off plate...PR...

PPG plates come with a rubber gasket that fits the whole surface on the inside Block-off plate. You can get a piece of rubber from a bicycle tire, cut the shape of the BO's and you are in business!

Do you mean inner plate as in the INSIDE X connection? When you remove the OPAS, there is one lone screw that holds the X in place...Drill a small hole in the rubber gasket to clear it, but othr than that, its straight install using the OEM bolts...

    Okay, okay....

here are the pics of the OPAS blockoffs I installed on my RXP...After removing everything (external AND internal stuff), you can see the 4 mounting holes AROUND the larger hole, which is used for the connections from the OPAS paddles to the steering assembly...

In the center of that area is a small hole. A small 5.5mm bolt is used to hold a plastic X assembly, which has threaded inserts that are used to attach the OPAS assembly, along with OPAS blockoffs...I removed the bolt to clean all the silicon left without catching anythign ans scratching the hull...I put it back...

I took the larger gasket, played connect the dots by drawing an X on the gasket from hole to hole...At the intersection, I popped a small 1/4 hole using a drill bit....THIS IS IMPORTANT for a flush fit...

Using the OEM allen bolts, and with the X assembly mounted back on, I assembled the plate and gasket, put a skim coat of black permatex on it, and cranked it down...DONE.

Inside the pump cavity, where the other end of the OPAS connections passed through to connect to the steering, I did the same method of plate, gasket, skim coat of sealant and attached using OEM bolts...DONE.

The hole in the last pic of the inside area is the OEM exhaust outlet...which I relocated.

I have read that once opas is removed, it cannot be reinstalled for some reason. Is this true?

it can be reinstalled, just takes time...When i was working at PPG I had to replace a whole side because of a collision an RXT had, broke and bent the whole setup...
