On the Riva site the E1 they say makes 11 lbs
and that the E2 makes 16 lbs......

Can you clarify which wheel you have for sale?

This is the E1. They don't list the E1's on the Riva site anymore since it was replaced by E2.

    Part Number is RY17040-SCI-E1

My understanding is Riva switched suppliers B1/E1 and went with Engine Tech for new wheels.

Here is a link to review of the wheel.

I did a E1 build for a customer and could not get correct AFR with the green injectors and rising rate. SVHO injectors cured it. Likely due to ButtaFlex intake(dual direct kanaflex) and NJ cold water.

Dean was telling me I could run it with stock injectors, but suggested Riva FPR Kit and high flow fuel pump. I decided to keep my ski at a lower level of mods.
