    backing in a double

    hey guys, going to lake on monday,have a double trailer,but only want to do some testing on gpr,do i have do untie the back of the second ski?or can i just untie the yamaha and let the honda completly tied down on trailer?i always unload them both but wife says water is to cold for her. do not want to be the ass at the loading ramp on holiday weekend!

    hi...not that i have tryed it but i would think undo the rear tie and leave the front loose too..

    just my 2 cent.....

    Just make sure you keep the drain plugs "in" on the ski you are not going to be using and yes keep it strapped down, just dont back so far in. Just enough to get the one ski off.

    Leave it tied down.... as long as you don't back it so low it hits the seat, you are ok. Actually, I think if you back it too far, you will float the trailer. Just back till you see the back of the GPR float up.

    sorry sci..looks like i have the wrong idea...only surgested un tie so it dont try to float trailer and put stress on the tyed down ski

    As long as your drain plugs are in the both skis youre fine.theyre not going under far enough to submerge the seat
