mate, took off my decals with a vanilla buff, it's a 4" dia rubber pad you put onto either a drill or die grinder,it removes decals and won't damage your paint, you will get a glue reside left over which is easily removed with a cloth and kerosene.

I'm curious guys why you think all the decals should come off. I agree that the white warning sticker on the back is a must go but I also think the black Kawi on the bow and the others give her some flair! The color change of some of those decals in the sun is kind of cool in my opinion. Do you take these off for racing purposes or just personal preference?

I did mine for personal reasons.
The white on the lower hull and side decal looks stupid-IMO.
The Kawi decal on the hood is way to BIG.
I think it`s much cleaner looking with them removed. Less distraction from the boats lines. Everyone likes mine when I`m at the lake. And not just because it`s fast..

I took off all the decals on the ski when it was red, but now there has been a color change. I had the entire upper deck painted kawa green and it looks good. Back to kawa roots, seat covers are black and white hydro turf, with white and black marble traction mats ordered white rub rails from the lx and lettered it in carbon fiber, waiting for my carbon fiber mirror block offs to finish it off. Ski is at R-RATED shop getting new mods when it returns i will post pics. Best part of it all is my dealer fought for my buyers rites and kawa sent me a check for the entire painting bill, I think they know somthing is wrong with the red paint also sent me a new cover cant beat that for customer service......
