    70 at last!

Ok well after battling with my ski for months I hit 70 mph today with this setup.

    87mm R&D Nozzle
    FF Plate
    14/20 DY
    2005 Pump
    VF3's
    no air box
    stock plugs
    no trim tabs
    stepped sponsons
    jetworks
efi controller not setup to the T
    1200R grate

More to come! I am going to be shooting for 74+ in better weather with more of a speed setup.

85mm stock nozzle with tubes taken out.
    800r R&D Grate
    Better weather and better gas
    Maybe a milled head

great to see you're making progress did you see improvement with the VF3's? I think millling that head would do wonders for your motor, may also want to index your plugs. do you have a 13/19 to put on and compare with your 14/20? i've been thinking of moving up. play with that ff plate a little there may be some speed there. keep us updated!

Yea, milling my head should really set it off. I am going to do that ASAP. I am trying to stick with the 14/20 instead of buying the 13/19 DY from Impros but who knows it may happen if I can't pull the right RPMS which I have no clue if I am pulling because my tach broke. So time to buy another tiny tach I guess, this time commercial.

I have a 85mm nozzle from my stock pump I have been working on to put on. I am going to do some back to back tests to see which is better for me RPM and Speed/Quickness wise. After I am done with that I would be willing to sell it possibly.

My holeshot is great with the setup on there now but it is so great that everything I race the race is over by the time we reach 60-100 feet. Haven't raced an RXP though...

I have never holeshotted with one but I've heard they're tough. I need jetworks
