    Question Aftermarket Intake grate question

I've read on Greenhulk, if I move my Riva intake grate back as far into the rear of ski and rear of shoe, I'll see a small speed gain. Is this true??

I just want to know for sure before I consider on doing this.

Thanks for your input, means a lot!!

If you've read it here on this forum and people say it works do you now doubt us ?

Maybe you should ask RIVA since it is their intake grate

The last reply I appreciate your response on how to go about doing this procedure. With the first 3 posts though. I was just asking a simple and kind question to how I can go about doing this. Why do you have to be a#%h*%@'s about it??? I understand if that's just who you are, but don't bring it to this site. It really does hurt everyone, seeing that this is the place to go get good honest stright forward answers to questions in this field. If you don't want to help, please don't reply, that's all I ask.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding

No, I did use the OEM grate and had no problems with it. I could care less if you believe me or not. But like I said numerous times and will say it one last time just for you. "I appreciate your concern for my safety, and I think were all crazy for going these speeds anyway." I'm going to the aftermarket grate cause I found that I stayed hooked up in the rougher water better. I need all I can get seeing that my GPR is lighter than my buddies RXP that we run together on the lakes.

I'm sorry, I don't lie. I'm a stright shooter and I call it like I see it. I hope this clears up any confusion that anyone has from here on out about this issue. Let's carry on the way this forum is designed to be used.

    Thank you

I told them that I had their stage 2 kit already. I asked them specifically " will the OEM intake grate give me a speed gain." They reply yes. I wish I could of recorded the phone conversation, maybe then you would believe me. Cause everything else you don't seem to believe. I'm new to modifing my craft, where else would I have gotten the confirmation on my question. Not on Greenhulk site that's for sure. So do the math, were else would I of gotten the idea from???

I really don't want to carry on with this issue. I've told you everything about the issue. Yes, I know it is hard to believe. But it is true.
