    SLT steering question

Yesterday I noticed I could turn alot sharper to the right. On the trailer with the handle bars in the straight ahead position the nozzle is straight back. I then turned left and right and you can see a visable difference in the nozzle movement.

Is this normal? If not what can I do or adjust?

If the bars are crooked while traveling in a straight line, you can adjust the cable.
    I'm only guessing here.
The thrust (coupled with impeller rotational spin) and pushing the cable (left turn) will be harder.
As I recall the cable pulls much easier to the right, hence the right turn should be quicker.
And of course sometimes we are just stronger on one side of our body so the steering will seem easier to that side??
    Just some silly guesses.....

The handle bars are straight when traveling in a straight line. I understand what you're saying about thrust and rotational spin but my nozzle actually turns more to the right when sitting on a trailer. This is noticable in the water at both high speed and low speed turns. In other words If I was just low speed circling while waiting for the ramps to clear or whatever I can make a tighter turn to the right than to the left.

Right turn pulls the cable, left turn pushes the cable. Maybe check to see if it's hanging up, or binding on something. There are no sharp bends in the cable routing correct? Also check under the cowling (where the cable connects to the handle bars) for any type of obstruction.

Thanks xlint89. The cable sleeve would move before the actual cable would on the left turn/push. The nut on the bracket had backed off. Once I tightened it down I have equal movement in both directions.
