are you just installing a thru hull pisser or bypass water fitting pisser ?

    Tools needed:

    Cordless drill
    Pencil
    Silicone
    Tape Measure
    Masking Tape
    Paddle Bit
    Pliers/channel locks

    * Locate where you want to install pisser
    * Mark it with a pencil
    * Measure the diameter of the threads on the pisser
    * Get a paddle bit in the size the threads are on the pisser
    * Place masking tape on the outside of the hull where you marked ti with a pencil. (The masking tape will help prevent the fiberglass from splintering on the outside.)
    * Wear gloves and safety glasses
    * With the paddle bit installed in a drill, begin drilling until the hole is all the way thru it.
    * Test fit the pisser and see if fitment is correct
    * Remove masking tape, clean area of dust
    * Apply a small amount of silicone then aply pisser nut.
    * Tighten the nut using channel locks/pliers

3 water bypass fittings (pisser), 3/8" ID hose (10'-12'), 3 colling bar bolck offs or equivelent, 3 3/8"x1/4" NPT barbed fittings and hose clamps. You'll need to remove the water inlet hose off the jet pump and hook up the hose to it OR install a flush kit somewhere after the jet pump, but before the engine. Check out what Rodneyae set up on hid "general" project for an in line flush kit.
