    My opinion
    Back (PTO) looks rich but at least it's safe.
    2nd looks just a little to lean, a little more fuel required
    3rd LEAN, get some fuel to that bad boy.

    Head bolts get 20 and head covers get 22 foot pounds. Be sure to use Loctite blue.

    2nd looks O.K. but more fuel would be better
    3rd LEAN
    agreed, you want more than those "fingerprints" of the clean looking stuff than in the middle one. and definitely more on the mag. the pto looks good though.

    PTO=Power Take Off (rear cylinder)
    CEN=Center (Center Cylinder)
    MAG=Mag Cover=Magneto (Front Cylinder)

    There isn't one. You have carbs with no high speed adjustment. Must rejet the main jets.

    Get some fuel to that center and mag cylinder pronto.
