Zapata might not ride 100% seadoo
Update: Zapata might not race the Euro Tour on a SeaDoo but on a custom hull powered by a Rotax powerplant.
Hull may be inspired by the STX...

As far as I know Zapata hasn't complied to any of his sanctions.
But the Euros don't give a damn and will let him and his non IJSBA legal boat race against many more non IJSBA legal boats.

Technical Rules for the European Championship:
Every ski with a production of 100 units will be homologated to compete in the Stock class, with a limit of 800 cc for two strokes and four strokes, even with a OEM Turbo or Blower
No changes with 2005
You will be allowed to use another cylinder from the same brand, but the cylinder must be “Bolt on” and with a maximum capacity of 800cc.
No changes with 2005.
Grand Prix Classes (G.P.) Ex open or Super Stock
The engine can be “modified”, 800 cc maximum, two strokes or four strokes.
Crankcases can be modified, internal and external.
The hull is free, as long it stay in the dimension from the I.J.S.B.A. ski division.
The engine can be “Modified” 1.400cc for two strokes and 1.500cc for four strokes. Crankcases can be modified, internal and external.
The hull is free, as long it stay in the dimension from the I.J.S.B.A. R/A division.
Only two units must be built to be homologated in G.P. Classes
