Water was a little choppy, managed to hit 62. My buddy's GPS didn't have a max speed so it was kinda hard to watch the speed and not fall off

I'll have my own GPS here in a few weeks with a max speed so I'll have a more accurate number then. Hopefully the water will be like glass then I may be able to hit 65...

What you have in it? must be a few things to make it run 62 or to get to 65. Very nice though.

I took mine out this morning and was really pissed because I left the GPS at home on the table. I ran consistant 70's on the wish-o-meter which is about 62-64 mph on GPS at them numbers....well, when I do 65 on the speedo I do 58 on GPS. So I thought at 70 it would be around 63 so yea. Some good logic I guess. haha.

And let me know about them heads are ready to go mark! Thanks!

Yeah funny thing is the dream-o-meter actually showed about mid 40's, but GPS was 62? Usually it works the opposite way

I ditched the speedo all together. I filled in the speedo cutout with magnum steel. Right before I did this my best speed was 67.3-67.4. After the speedo cutout was filled I ran 67.5-67.6. Not much, but tenths add up to mph.
