SLT780 Trim and Reverse Upgrades ??

I think its possible to install a trim system in a 96 SLT780, but 1. how is it controlled ? Do I have to hardwire the switches to it ?? 2. will this work with my reverse ? 3. What year and model skis do I need to take this from to fit the 96 SLT780 extended pump ?

Also can I install the reverse shroud from a genesis or virage onto the pump from my SLT instead of that crappy platic one ?

Yes it will fit. Benefits are an open topic.
The 96-up SL's (I think) have all the hardware and wiring.

And the reverse? Ask Beerdart. J/K
It won't work without a lot of frustration.

Trim part are interchangeble. You will need a trim motor, trim nozle, and trim switch. Install switch on handle bars, run wires. Use the template in the tech section....... wait a min. there is instructions in the tech section on how to do it. Very easy to install!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bucket will fit, if I remember right. But the reverse handle mechanism, and the cable will give you some trouble.

I considered doing ot to my 96 SLT, after the extended pump upgrade, but found it wasn't worth the hassle.

Thats it excatly in the diagram ^. Will that be useable as is, or will I need to modify anything ?

ALSO, is there a way I can adapt the electronic reverse to my ski ? Instead of using the handle....
