mag jug running slightly warmer
Well today i finally took the slt out, cuz iv been riding the ultra alot. An on the water the mag jug is slighty warmer than the center an pto. Plug chops were perfect. WTF???? Im gonna assume its normal???

serioulsy guys i need help!!! the mag isnt running lean an when i touch it. Its a little hotter than the center an pto. Idk what the hell it is. An its running just fine.

It's normal because you have the heat of the Magneto adding to it.

Very normal.... It should not be a huge diffrentce but it should be a little warmer, and the PTO will run a litter cooler then the CEN.

Not to hi-jack a thread, but what is the normal temperature for the cylinders? I bought one of those infra-red thermometers where you just point it and push the bottom and it reads the temperature, it was only like 20 bucks.
Does the temperature vary on the model? ie Pro, sl, slx...

I think the thermostats are like 145 deg. So it should run like 150 max.
