Ski buying questions
My friend wants to get a light "fun" 2 seater ski (whats more fun than wiping out at 70mph???). Does anybody still make something under 600 lbs? Any newish (2000+) skis like that?

nothing for 2006 except standups, GPR, and RXP...
as far as anything 2000+ ... check this link. it's a 2002 XP i'm selling.

The Honda R-12 is a two seater ski that feels and handles like a ski a lot lighter than it actually is. (715 lbs dry) It gives really good fuel mileage and is probably the best turning stock ski made today. The NA model doesn't have that dreaded turbo lag and comes out of the hole quicker. It's great for jumping waves. A bit pricy, but it would be worth consideration

If he doesn't mind a 2 stroke...gp1300R would be a good choice..plus lots of available Mods.

i've had deposits, i've had serious buyers, i been thru it all with this damn XP.... they come see it, fall in love with it, see it's immaculate condition, leave me a few bucks and then a week goes by i'm like what's the deal? and they come up with varying excuses, but at least i'm keeping the non-refundable deposit which was only 50 bucks tho
