Welcome to the Hulk Boxer. Is the fuel selector valve working? They are known to go bad. Maybe replace it? ($27) Check your fuel filter and water sperator for clogs. And I HIGHLY recommend replacing all fuel lines including ones in the tank ($20). Be sure to re-install the restrictor in the return line near the carbs if you do.

After you read xlint89's post, read it again!!! When these guys gave me the same advise I must admit I didn't think it was that important. We'll as it turns out it's CRITICAL. I was in to big of a hurry to get out on the lake..."I'll get to it next week" was my thinking. Well, this week I'm rebuilding my topend because I ran my ski with a bad fuel system and burned my pistons. $80.00 bucks worth of maintance could have saved me $500.00 in repair cost.

    -Good luck with your ski.

Lay the pump low in the Hull to see if it primes.

Make sure it's hooked up properly with the diagram for triple outlet fuel pumps in the tech section under Fuji fuel. Try what Beerdart said, and make sure there's no fuel in the pulse line. It will give a weak signal if there is.

boxer, you don't mention which model 650 you have. If it's the 650 standard you have the old style fuel pick-up and the hoses do fall off those damn things.
Is your pick-up installed on the tank with 5 screws or one large nut?
