CR Bend is similar to the stock set up for the bar type. If you are using the OEM claps you need a 7/8 bar. If you want to use "fat bars" then you will need an adapter.

For the finger throttle - I do not know I used the OEM controls and it turned out well.

I followed ABBOTS post step by step and did it with no problems. But I retained the stock grips (bought new for the throttle side).

i tryed renthal mx bars but they were no good as the straights were not long enough to get switch gear on as well,
ended up with UMI bars and like them a lot,but sure there are dozens of other great bars that will look cool..

Were the renthal bars 31" long? Curious because Abbott said the bars needed to be atleast 31" long. I was going to stop at the local motor cycle shop this evening and I think they only have renthal bars. Thanks

You also have to make sure if you are going to use a stock cover on your ski, that the bars will let it fit over it. The bars Abbott uses will work; Riva also sells some that will work good too. I put the Riva bars on my XL, I like them too.

So I guess what I need is a Brand and part number for a bar that is recommended by someone that has actually used it and that will fit with OEM controls and an OEM cover. Anyone?
