    Gary,

I think he might have said Seafoam. I'm new here but more experienced members will back me up...go through the ENTIRE fuel system. Change hoses, filters, selector switch, clean carbs, and rebuild or install a new fuel pump.

I was given this same advise but didn't think it was that critical., figured I do it next week cause I was to eager to get out and ride. Today I ordered a top end rebuild kit because I didn't listen....don't let this happen to you.

Standard 1/4" automotive fuel line will work but translucent line is preferred.

It very easy to get to on my '96 SLT, you shouldn't have any problems. A three outlet Mikuni fuel pump can be had for a little as $29.95.

To run it on a hose you need a flush kit.
