Secert to gain 2 mph????
Ha, Now that I got ya to look at this post.
Guys I have been 210lbs for about the last 15 years and just the last 2yrs. I have gained about 50 lbs. I did it with my wife and are mid life kids!!! LOL We decided to have more since we don't have much family. so we had two more. Oldest son 15! Well in the last two pregnancies in the past two years I gained the 50 lbs. WHY? I was tring to keep mama satisfied. sympathy wieght with her pregnancy.
So this is my plan. I am going to Mud Bug II and I am gonna try and lose the 50 lbs I have gained before June 9. So I am hoping by the time I meet some of you guys I can see my willy again. :P Just kidding!
And this is were I share the secret of the 2 mph gain.

I have been in the gym since October. I am getting stronger but the weight has stayed at 225. I guess the diet is the next step.

donate the LBs to me can u really not see your willy?
good luck tho... even tho i'm on the opposite spectrum trying to GAIN weight, it's been a huge challenge for me and takes alot of consistency and dedication as it will for you also.

Before they diagnosed my diabetes I was down to 175. I wish I had my RXP then. It would have been over 70 all day long.

Low carb diet for me,want to lose 15 lbs for mudbugs 2.No rice,no bread,and no pasta.

I've got a bet with my Dr. My visit last week, I weighed in at 222.2 My next appt is in four months. I told him I can easily loose 20lbs by then. This morning I weighed in at 209.7 I've lost 12lbs in 11 days. Back on the weights, cardio and I quit feeding my face like it's the last meal of my life.
6 or 7 years ago I hired a personal trainer to get back in shape, I kept the workout schedule and diet he set up for me. I thought I was a pig back then when I weighed in at 216. In 2 months, he had me down to 187. I thought that was too much. My goal is 195.
