    old and grumpy

Hi Im new here, have you heard about wave runner 89 that will not go over 3-4000rpm, not the carburator, have enough gasoline, new spark plugs, start to misfire after around 3000rpm, have checked the exhaust pipe, the sparkplugs (new) are always wet of gasoline when i take them out.

This is very old and grumpy jetski, I did get it for 100$ so I can spend little more into it, but what I dont know.
Maybe can somebody give me a tip.
Also is there any place that I can get manual for old jetski like this online.
    Thanks

if it.s like most 2 strokes the reeds are between the carbs and the case. It looks like a cage with pedels in it to close off the air.

    So,
without a manual, here is the next best thing (not real accurate)

Go here, and check out the parts diagrams.

The reed cages are number 7.
