    Everyone who ate boudin at Gros Marina

    I hate to do it to you but if you tried the boudin sausage at Gros head over to wikipedia and read about its ingredients.

    I wouldn't know how it taste. I passed when I saw it. Pork is nasty, that's why I eat all beef hotdogs.

    Grilled boudin is awesome. We even have a bakery that puts them in kolachies. My sister makes a dip with it, similar to a spinach dip. You can not really taste the liver or other orgins. You mainly taste the rice and spices. Just like alliator, if no one would have told you what it was and you ate it, you may have liked it.

    I bet next year we could get Mr Gros to get us some ahead of time and he would even cook it for us.
