Help Trying to Install Metal Washers

I just got Jerry's Metal Washers today, I got the SC out, but I cannot get the nut off the end of the shaft? Is there a trick here, is it Reverse threaded? I have the SeaDoo Shaft holding tool but its just bending like crazy, I am afraid I am going to break something.

Try heating up the nut with a torch.
